Hi there. You've reached Chris' web site. This space really just serves as an online repository for my email, files, and other such junk, as well as a small showcase of who I am and what I do.
I am 26, born and living in Sydney, Australia. In 2007 I graduated from Macquarie University with a science degree in computing. I currently work for a non-profit organization which specializes in caring for disadvantaged elderly people, largely sufferers of dementia. My role is in IT systems administration.
When I'm not at work I am usually doing one of the following: sitting at the computer, over at friends places playing tabletop/board games, out finding good new places to eat, or driving around Sydney.
Spending time at uni, at work, and on my hobbies has given me experience in the following:
- X/HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and graphics programs to make functional web sites
- Standards compliance and cross-browser compatibility on the web

- Some PHP, Python, MySQL, Java, C, C++, and even a bit of SPARC Assembler
- Installation & maintenance for desktop, notebook, rack server and UPS hardware
- VoIP system rollout & administration using Cisco Unified Communications Manager & Unity
- System & network administration with Windows Server 2003/2008 and VMWare vSphere/ESXi
- Remote application management using Citrix XenApp
